The design, technical assistance and consolidation works concern the building located on Str. Blanari no. 14, Sector 3 in Bucharest, which is on the List of Historical Monuments since 2015. In 1968, Club A, an important venue for promoting folk and rock music, was set up in the basement of the building. The building is classified as category B (special) and is in seismic risk class II, so it requires the following interventions: Restoring the load-bearing capacity of the original structure, observing the original geometry, without changing the current static and dynamic equilibrium state of the structure; Demolition of new structures that have been added to the building at various levels; Reinforcement of the entire surface and the full height of the walls; Installation of interior lighting system with LED luminaires. Replacement of existing window frames with new generation PVC frames. The intervention aims at consolidating the building, as well as renovating it as a historical monument, in order to create adequate living conditions for the inhabitants and, at the same time, to carry out cultural activities in the dedicated spaces.
