The project
Municipal Hospital “Sf. lerarh Dr. Luca”, in Onesti, is part of the Local Development Strategy of Onesti Municipality, Bacau County, Romania for the period 2016 – 2022. The beneficiaries of the services offered by the hospital are patients from Onesti municipality, but also from the neighboring areas, namely Comanesti, Moinesti and Adjud (Vrancea).
The hospital, with an area of 38 504 m2, is divided into 4 buildings in which the following pavilions are located:
- The Central Building Pavilion (A1.17-C17), created in 1966, with an area of 3733 sqm;
- The Infectious Diseases Ward (A 1.4-C4), created in 1966, with a surface area of 684 sqm;
- The Maternity Pavilion (A 1 .5-C5), created in 1983, with an area of 1450 sqm;
- Psychiatric ward (A 1.3-C3), created in 1970, with an area of 517 square meters.
The intervention aims to improve the energy performance of the buildings (thermal insulation of masonry and rehabilitation, upgrading of heating/cooling, ventilation/air conditioning, hot water preparation and lighting systems) in order to reduce energy consumption, upgrading of electrical installations and installation of energy management systems.
All the existing heating distribution will be replaced, and both the basement distribution and radiator columns and connections will be reconfigured. It is proposed to include heat recovery ventilation for the interior corridors (where there is no fresh air supply) located in building B. This ventilation system is used to save heat energy used for heating by recovering heat.
ELECTRICITY GENERATING INSTALLATIONS
The photovoltaic plant will have a capacity of approximately 231.75 KWp and will be composed of 250 Wp panels, with an estimated lifetime of more than 25 years without a significant drop in performance.
BMS (BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)
The Integrated Sensor Management System (hereinafter referred to as the "PSIM system") is a central, integrated platform that ensures the complete security of the structure. As an individually adaptable building and security management system, it allows the integration of building infrastructure, communications and IT.
